KAMAL is an association formed by some of the leading names in Knitwear and Apparel manufacturers of Ludhiana who came under one umbrella for making an organised effort to develop and expand further.The main focus of Knitwear and Apparel manufacturers Association of Ludhiana is to pool in efforts and resources and give a united and collective direction to their initiatives.

Knits & Wears 2008 was a highly successful buyer seller meet staged for the very first time in Ludhiana. The purpose of organising this event in Ludhiana itself recognized the need of the hour to pull prospective buyers to our city and make it the worthy destination for the buyers of Knitwear/Textile goods from all over the country right from Kashmir to Kanya Kumari and Shri Jagan Nath Puri to Kuchh.
